Check model and firmware applicability with support

If you have your own Mushroom device as the server for either VoIP Armor or VLL1, you will need to set flow pinning to false on the server. Browse to the Mushroom User Interface and then to the advanced tab. Scroll down to the Interface Options and click add.

flow pin

The Device type should be vll and the device index should be the name of the VLL. Flow pinning should be set to false.

NOTE: This will be done by default if you have the VoIP armor relay or the BBS service with Mushroom Networks.
