What is the Mushroom Configuration Reset USB key and how do I use it?

The configuration reset USB is the USB flash drive that you received with your device. This USB key may be used to reset the device configuration (i.e, LAN IP, UI password, …etc) to factory defaults and should only be inserted into one of the USB ports when you wish to perform a factory configuration reset.

The instructions for using the USB key for factory configuration reset are as follows:
– Power down the unit.
– Plug in the Mushroom Networks configuration reset USB stick that came with the unit into any USB port
– Power on the unit.
– After around 5-7 mins, Remove the USB key.
– The system configuration should now be fully reset to factory default.

For firmware revision 1.12.1 or higher:

Use the buttons next to the LCD to accomplish the following:

Factory Default Settings Reset: up up down down escape enter

Display LAN IP: up down escape enter up escape

Reset Web Interface Password: up up up escape enter down.
